Yueneng Holdings announced that the company plans to jointly invest in the Xinxiang 2×600MW ultra-supercritical coal-fired unit project with the controlling shareholder Henan Investment Group. The estimated total investment is 4.877 billion yuan. Among them, the capital of thermal power projects accounted for 20% of the total investment of the project, namely 956 million yuan. The Henan Investment Group contributed 95% and the company contributed only 5%.

It is reported that Xinxiang 2 × 600MW ultra-supercritical coal-fired unit project total investment of 4.787 billion yuan, with large capacity, high parameters, low energy consumption characteristics. The proportion of capital of thermal power projects is 20% (957 million yuan), of which, the proportion of investment in Yueneng Holdings is only 5%, and the total capital contribution to the project capital is estimated to be 47.8 million yuan. At the same time, the two parties also agreed to establish a project company "Xinxiang Zhongyi Power Generation Co., Ltd." with a ratio of "95%:5%", with a registered capital of 100 million yuan, of which, Yueneng Holding's investment ratio is only 5%, corresponding to cash.
