On May 22, Inspur Huaguang took the project of “Development of High Brightness Blue LED Epitaxial Materials and Dies for Semiconductor Lightingâ€, and brought the company's high-end LED epitaxial wafers and chip products to the Beijing Science and Technology Fair to fully demonstrate the company's autonomy. All the products exhibited by Inspur Huaguang are self-developed products. In the product lineup exhibited by Inspur Huaguang, four series of LED chips and epitaxial films including lighting, display, backlight and lighting are all unveiled.
In the project of "High-brightness blue LED epitaxial material and die development for semiconductor lighting" exhibited by Inspur Huaguang, the white light effect of street lamp with blue high-power LED chip package is more than 130lm/w, which is a real alternative. Imported domestically produced chips have been widely used in streetlight projects in many cities.
The blue LED epitaxial and chip technology for indoor lighting is in the leading position in China, and has many innovative technological achievements in key technologies such as overcoming defect extension, large mismatch lattice epitaxy and LED structure design technology.
