The application of OYES 200 series PLC in the bottled assembly line

Foreword: In the domestic FMCG industry, food and beverage has become one of the fastest growing industries. Bottle or filling is the most common packaging method. The following mainly describes how to use PLC control on the production line to achieve automatic bottle selection, bottling, capping, labeling, conveying, and finished product storage production line operations.

1. Control requirements:

The PLC controls the bottling line. Bottle selection, bottling, capping, labeling, conveying, finished product storage, etc. need to be broken down into ten production operations A1-A10, and each process must have a start/stop, shift, and reset button. Perform manual operation and debugging. As shown in the figure below, the OYES 200 series PLC is used for control. The system has start/stop, shift, and reset buttons. It uses multiple functional instructions to design the PLC control program. The program structure and control functions are designed by themselves, and they are monitored by Kingview software. Design the upper monitoring system for the assembly line; carry out system testing to realize the automatic control requirements of the bottled assembly line.

Two control method:

1. The automatic bottling line control system has five processes, which are broken down into ten production operation processes A1-A10, A1 selects bottles, A5 transfers to A2 bottling, A6 transfers to A3 caps, A7 transfers to A4 labeling, and A8 Send to A9 for transmission and A10 for storage.

2. When manual control is selected, each process can be operated independently to start/stop, shift, and reset. When automatic is selected, the entire process is automatically completed according to the collected data and automatically loops.

3. In automatic control, input the required output and some of the parameters in the monitoring screen can be automatically completed. The start/stop, shift, reset of the automatic control are connected in series with the control of a single operation, and they can be executed locally and remotely. Start/stop, shift, reset.

Three selection plan

When designing an automatic control system, you should first make a control plan based on the characteristics and application requirements of the process, and then make a selection based on the control plan. Therefore, when selecting and estimating the engineering design, you should analyze the characteristics, control requirements, and control requirements of the process in detail. Clarify the control task and scope, determine the required operations and actions, estimate the number of input and output points, the required storage capacity, determine the functions of the PLC, the characteristics of the external equipment, etc., and finally select the more cost-effective PLC to design the corresponding control system. OYES brand PLC of Oyuexin Company is a small overall PLC, which has a high proportion in the domestic market and is widely used in bottling line projects. When selecting the brand PLC, it should be considered that the input and output points should be left with a 10% margin for debugging. In the process, first transfer the PLC program into the control, and then process each input I/O signal to see whether each input and output has corresponding actions and instructions. The required control requirements can be met by changing the program or changing the scene.

Concluding remarks: With the rapid development of the automation era, PLCs are used more and more in various industries. How to choose the high-cost PLC suitable for automation control, how to make the equipment operation more stable, etc. will all be developed in the future direction.
