Audio system microphones in different applications

Microphone applications are very common, and there are many varieties of wired and wireless. The application should be combined with its characteristics and conditions to achieve satisfactory results. In the project, it is necessary to select different microphones for different applications.

(1) Voice program

Like conferences, terminals, stations, radio, news channels, readings, movie dialogues, etc. are voice programs.

a. If the environmental conditions are poor and the noise is loud, a unidirectional narrow-band moving coil microphone with a high definition and good reliability and a frequency response of 300 to 800 Hz should be selected.

b. If the report will need to show the atmosphere of the venue, you can choose the omnidirectional narrow-band moving picture microphone.

c. If it is a good environment such as sound diffusion and noise, the distance between the user and the microphone is stable (30~50cm). To accurately reflect the frequency response effect, a medium-sensitivity microphone can be selected.

(2) Cultural programs

The recording of the literary program requires high requirements for the microphone. When choosing, you should pay attention to:

a. If it is a popular singing method, you can use a close-talking dynamic microphone with a higher sound pressure level.

b. If it is a beautiful sound or folk song, you can use a condenser microphone.

c. If it is a recording during song and dance or instrumental performance, the optional high-fidelity frequency response is 40-160Hz, the highest sound pressure level is at least 120dB, and the noise floor can be below 20dB.

(3) Live recording

a. One-way condenser microphones can be used for long-distance operation, and super-directional microphones are used for football and other ball game programs.

b. Use a sensitive condenser microphone for close-range operation.

(4) Household microphones Household microphones generally use electret condenser microphones.

(5) Wireless microphone

a. The wireless microphone can be divided into single receiver single frequency receiving type, single receiver multi channel receiving type, dual receiver single channel receiving type and dual receiver multi channel receiving type according to the receiving mode.

b. According to the carrier frequency, it can be divided into FM type (frequency modulation band 88 ~ 108MH charge), VHF type (low frequency band 30 ~ 50MHz, high frequency band 150 ~ 250MHz) and UHF type (low frequency band 300 ~ 600MHz, high frequency band 700 ~ 1000MHz) .

c. According to the oscillation circuit mode, it can be divided into a tuning oscillation circuit type, a quartz crystal control circuit type and a phase-locked loop frequency synthesis type.
