Depu Technology 50 million acquisition of the remaining 30% equity of Youyang Technology
Depu Technology announced that it has acquired the remaining 30% equity of Youyang Technology to wholly-owned.
Youyang Technology is principally engaged in the research and production of semiconductor parts and lighting accessories in the Mainland; and the production and assembly of LED lights; the cost of 50 million yuan will be paid through the issuance of 2% of the promissory notes for one year.
