The fully automatic AC voltage regulator as shown in the figure can automatically and effectively control the mains voltage Ui ranging from 160 to 270V within 220±10%V.

Relays K1 to K4 and transformer T depend on the load of the regulator. This section is designed and selected according to the 100W power load, which can meet the needs of general household appliances. K1 ~ K4 select 4098 (DC9V) relay. The core of T is made of GEIB30-D310-0.35B high quality silicon steel sheet with a stack thickness of 30mm, ST=9cm2 and Po≈l00W.匝/volt ratio Tr=5匝/V. N1, N2, and N3 are wound by Φ0.57rnrn(23#) high-strength enameled wire to 129匝, 283匝, 99匝; N4 and N5 are wound by 1004匝, 50匝 with Φ0.36mm(27#) high-strength enameled wire. RPl ~ RP4 selected WHW-1 type synthetic membrane fine-tuning. VD5 is a 2EF102 (all plastic, Φ5rnrn, red) LED. VD6 uses 2CW342 or 1N59958. PV selects 85L1-V300V type finished voltage meter.
