Difficulties in the promotion of large-scale users require the government to do more publicity

[Reporter]: Foshan Lighting is responsible for the promotion of high-efficiency lighting in the five provinces of Guangdong, Guizhou, Yunnan, Qinghai, Xinjiang and the Ministry of Railways, with a total of 7.2 million. What is the situation in the three places from the perspective of the promotion process? How is the completion rate?

[Zhang Kaiming]: From the perspective of the promotion process, the people of all localities are very appreciative and enthusiastic about promoting the state subsidies for efficient lighting products. When we promoted in Guangzhou and Foshan, the number of people registered far exceeded the promotion tasks granted by the state, so that we could not Do not reduce the amount of tasks in other areas where the promotion work is one step behind. Among them, the electronic energy-saving lamps used by the people in the home factories have been sold out in the early days of promotion in addition to other provinces in Qinghai Province. It is a lot of difficulty for the promotion of large-scale users. There are not many companies that are ordered by large users and used for lighting system transformation, so the promotion effect and progress are not satisfactory. As of the current situation, Guangdong Province has done a good job, and Guizhou and Qinghai have made slow progress. The government should give consumers an economic account and social significance account for using high-efficiency lighting products, so that ordinary people and large users should understand the economic benefits of using high-efficiency lighting products to save electricity and the social significance of saving electricity and reducing emissions. In particular, let consumers understand that they should immediately change the original low-efficiency lighting system. Don’t wait until the original low-efficiency lighting system is broken, because the original low-efficiency lighting system consumes more energy than the high-efficiency lighting system. 3. Participate in the promotion conferences and activities of the provincial energy-saving weeks.

The promotion effect of large users is relatively unsatisfactory, mainly because the leaders of large user companies participate less, and generally send personnel from different departments to participate. In the promotion process, we found that the promotion effect by the company is not as good as the government promotion effect.
