"Heart Sensor" can use artificial intelligence to identify people's emotions

According to James Consulting, CAC, based in Tokyo, Japan, has been offering a video analytics product since February 1, 2018: "Heart Sensor" (Ver.1.0), which uses artificial intelligence (AI)-based emotions. The recognition technique analyzes facial expressions and converts the read emotions into digital signals.

The emotion sensor function of the "heart sensor" can analyze the expressions of the characters appearing in the movie, and can "read" the emotions of the characters from the film to form a digital signal output. Therefore, some commercial companies can use their own video data to solve various social research (such as customer satisfaction survey), user-side problems encountered in product development.

The "Heart Sensor" is an emotional recognition by CAC using the EmoTIon ArTIficial Intelligence platform from AffecTIva (headquarters: Boston, MA).
