1. The reasons and time of the customer who has been blacked out shall be reported to the responsible person of the unit for approval, and the approval authority and procedures shall be formulated by the provincial power grid management enterprise.

        2. Within 3~7 days before the power outage, the notice of blackout will be delivered to the customer. For power outages of important customers, the notice of blackout should be submitted to the power management department at the same level.

        Third, 30 minutes before the power outage, the power outage time will be notified to the customer once, before the power outage can be implemented within the specified time.
