Aiming at the problem of unsafe electricity consumption in the online test of electronic equipment and the use of auto-coupled voltage regulator, a design and manufacturing method of "isolated voltage-regulated AC power supply" is proposed. AC power (such as single-phase 220 V) is the main power supply for electronic equipment. In the process of design, production and quality inspection of electronic equipment, especially in the dynamic inspection of structural and performance indicators, leakage, short circuit and other faults may occur due to defective problems inside the equipment to be tested. In the related experiments using the auto-regulator, the "electrical" phenomenon may occur due to improper wiring and unreasonable use. In the above situation, if there is no good protection method and measure, the equipment to be tested and the testing equipment used are damaged by "electric shock", and at the same time, it brings personal danger to the test and operation personnel. To this end, the paper studies a kind of "isolated voltage-regulated AC power supply" and puts forward the corresponding design and production methods, which plays an important role in solving the above-mentioned similar unsafe problems.

1 Principle design The article uses the stabilized power supply equipment to carry out the "online analog road transport test" as an example to illustrate the principle of "isolated voltage regulator AC power supply" design. The regulated power supply equipment is a single-phase 220 V AC power supply, with a DC regulated output of +22 V and a maximum output power of 220 W (22 V, 10 A). The online simulated road transport test is simulated vibration test. The electrification test is carried out on the stage to simulate the technical performance and installation quality under the transport condition.

1.1 Design and analysis of functional indicators It can be seen that the power supply required for the operation of the regulated power supply equipment is single-phase 220 V/50 Hz alternating current, and the input power is required to be greater than 220 W. Since the DC voltage regulation performance of the stabilized power supply equipment is relatively high, Therefore, the adaptability to single-phase 220 W50Hz AC changes is relatively strong, and the required variation is in the range of 180~260 V. At the same time, taking into account the safety requirements of using auto-coupled voltage regulators, the following functions and technical requirements are proposed for the design of "isolated voltage-regulated AC power supply" in the case of ensuring the test and ensuring safety:
1) Provide 220 V/50 Hz AC mains power supply and adjustable AC power supply respectively;
2) 220 V/50 Hz AC mains output, power ≥1 000 W;
3) The adjustable AC voltage range of the output is 0~260V; the output power is ≥300W;
4) has input voltage, output voltage indication and output current display;
5) It is required to have leakage and overload protection functions;
6) The input and output plugs and sockets are securely mounted.
