4) Have a good record of paying taxes and social security funds in accordance with the law;

6) The registered capital is not less than 5 million yuan (RMB). If the registered capital is non-renminbi, it must be converted into RMB according to the exchange rate on the date of this announcement.
7) Applicant qualification category and level: independent legal person qualification, building intelligent professional contractor level (including è´° grade) and above qualifications, with a safe production license.
8) The qualification of the project manager to be selected: Grade II and above registered builder qualification or temporary construction engineer qualification, and has the safety production assessment certificate (b) certificate.
9) Construction of similar projects has been carried out with good reputation.
10) Project manager's performance and reputation: It has similar engineering project management experience and good reputation.
11) The bank credit certificate proves that the financial situation has been good in the past two years.
12) The bidding unit must have the construction of the led screen system project in the past two years, and has a good service guarantee system in the local area.
13) Purchase bidding documents.
b. The original qualification documents must be provided to the tendering agency when purchasing the tender:
1) Business license;
2) Tax registration certificate;
3) Building intelligent professional contractor level (including level) qualification certificate, safety production license;
4) Project manager qualification level: 2 or above registered builder qualification or temporary construction engineer qualification, and has a safety production assessment certificate (b) certificate.
