I. Project Description:
This project will make a copy of Datang International related system data, conduct necessary data combing and planning, build an efficient and stable data center and data analysis platform, implement necessary data cleansing and conversion, and provide thematic analysis of related fields in major production operations. Relevant personnel provide flexible, convenient, high-performance data analysis, data mining, and decision support support functions. This project complies with the standards and requirements of the group companies, meets the business needs of management, and provides application functions for Datang International and its subsidiaries.
Second, the scope of the tender:
This project builds on the data of related business systems, builds data aggregation centers and data analysis platforms with big data technology as the core, and realizes a stable and reliable, centralized and unified data replication and aggregation system, including a graphical management and control platform. Combine the business management index system and complete the establishment of basic data management tasks such as data dictionary and code definition. Build ODS, data warehouses, and data marts hierarchically, face business people and company management, and provide OLAP analysis capabilities for each business. Set up a test platform and application release platform for business data analysis and mining to support user rights management. The system architecture is complete and reliable. It provides easy-to-use, flexible, and visually applicable application functions such as large-screen and PC-side support. It also assists management personnel at all levels to conduct analysis and decision making with data analysis and diagnostic technologies.

Third, qualifications and other requirements:
3.1 The bidder should have domestic and foreign enterprises and institutions with legal personality and have the ability to successfully fulfill the contract;
3.2 The bidder shall abide by the relevant national laws, regulations and regulations. There has been no significant lawsuit (or arbitration) within the last three years and this will affect the bidding work and the normal performance of the contract.
3.3 Has the qualification of information system integration and service level above, and has the CMMI level 3 or above certification, and the registered capital is over 100 million RMB;
3.4 It has a software enterprise certificate and a high-tech enterprise certificate.
3.5 The Commonwealth does not accept bids from the Commonwealth.
3.6 Bidder's performance ability requirements of the project:
Bidders should have a strong technical team, have a good reputation and performance in the industry, have a wealth of system design, system integration implementation experience. Bidders have performance results of large state-owned enterprise groups or secondary companies.
The bidder shall organize the technical team with a serious and responsible attitude, do a good job of the overall proposal of the bid, and propose long-term plans, guarantees and guarantees for maintenance, upgrade, service and future technical support.
The bidder shall allow the tenderer and the staff appointed by the tenderer to participate in the installation, development, commissioning, operation and maintenance of the system, and perform knowledge transfer.
The bidder shall ensure that the software products provided by it have the original manufacturer's bid authorization and can meet the technical requirements specified in the bidding documents.
The bidder shall be responsible for the realization of the project's construction goals, and solve all kinds of related technical problems based on the existing environment and resources (including existing equipment of the user).
Fourth, registration time and requirements:
4.1 Invite bidders who have the intention to meet the above qualification requirements to register. Registration time: From November 14 to November 21, 2016, from 9:00 to 11:30 in the morning and from 13:30 to 17:00 in the afternoon (excluding holidays), overdue time will not be accepted.
4.2 Application Requirements: Bidders need to log in to register for online registration.

4.4 For bidders who provide false information, once they are identified, their bidders are disqualified.
