The working principle and structure of gasoline generator

The gasoline generator set uses a gasoline engine as a power source to generate a mobile power source for the electric appliance by driving the generator to rotate the conductor to generate a current between the stator and the rotor.

Gasoline generator sets are divided into brush generator sets and brushless generator sets due to different pressure regulation methods. The gasoline generator set is mainly composed of a gasoline engine, a generator stator and rotor, a voltage regulator (brushed) or a capacitor (brushless), and a control panel.

Treatment of common faults in gasoline generator sets (electrical parts)

No voltage output

1. The overload or short circuit of the power system causes the output switch to not open: observe the position of the output switch.

2. The carbon brush fails to touch or the cable is disconnected: the motor tail cover is removed.

3, the rotor magnetic steel demagnetization: push the speed control arm by hand, increase the throttle to see if it can return to normal.

4. The regulator is damaged or the capacitor (brushless) is damaged: After changing the regulator or capacitor, it can be restored.

5. Motor stator and rotor burnout: Remove the motor stator and rotor to observe whether there is burnt mark or change the rotor to see if it can return to normal.

High voltage

1. The regulator is damaged or the regulator voltage adjustment screw is loose: first adjust the regulator voltage adjustment screw to observe whether the voltage changes. If the regulator voltage adjustment screw cannot be restored, replace the regulator.

2, the gasoline generator speed becomes higher, adjust the gasoline engine adjustment screw to see if it can return to normal (preferably use the frequency meter to measure 53.5Hz ~ 49.5Hz range).

Treatment of common faults in gasoline engine pumps

1. The gasoline engine water pump is composed of a gasoline engine and a pump body.

2. The pump body consists of pump casing, water wheel, water seal and inlet and outlet pipe connection.

3. The water seal of the pump water is burnt out: the connection between the pump body and the gasoline engine.

Treatment of common faults of micro tillage machines

1. The tiller consists of a gasoline engine, a transmission system, a speed control system, a clutch system, a gear shifting system, a tilling depth control system, and a tilling tool.

(1) The transmission system is mainly composed of belt drive, gear drive and chain drive.

Common faults are: belt wear, chain wear, etc.

(2) The speed control system is mainly composed of a throttle pull line, a throttle operating handle and a throttle operation combination.

Common faults are: the throttle operating handle screw is loose and the speed is out of control.

(3) The clutch system of the tiller is relatively simple. It controls the transmission through the tension and slip of the belt. Mainly composed of belt drive system, tensioning wheel, tensioner spring, tensioner cable, tensioning wheel handle and belt guard.

Common faults are: the belt is loose and cannot be driven, the belt is too tight or the belt guard is not in the proper position to cause the transmission to be detached.

(4) The gear shifting system consists of forward gear and reverse gear.

It is mainly composed of gear shifting fork, shift gear, shift lever positioning spring and positioning steel ball, gear position indication and shift lever.

Common faults are: the shift lever shaft pin falls and causes the shift to malfunction.

(5) The tillage depth control system is an operation control system that controls the depth and advance speed of the micro tillage machine. It is mainly composed of resistance tilling knife, resistance tilling knife seat and resistance tillage hinge seat.

Common faults are: the deformation of the resistance tillage causes the running direction to go out of control.

(6) Tillage tools are the key tools for the normal operation of micro tillage machines. The rational selection of tillage tools is directly related to the efficiency of farming and the effect of farming.

Treatment of common faults in gasoline power generation welding unit

1. Gasoline power generation welding unit is a gasoline engine as a power source. By driving the stator and rotor conductors to move with each other and cutting the magnetic lines to generate electric current, the products for providing mobile power to the electric appliance are completed.

2. The gasoline power generation welding unit is different from the excitation mode of the gasoline generator set. It provides a stable excitation power to the rotor through the excitation coil, so its power generation state has no voltage regulator. The gasoline power generation welding unit is mainly composed of a motor stator and rotor, a control panel, a rectifier and a reactor. Its circuit consists of a power generation system, an electric welding system, and an energy-receiving system.

(1) The basic principle of the power generation state: the excitation power is supplied from the excitation coil to the fixed rotor through the rotation of the gasoline engine, and at the same time, the 220V power generation coil in the fixed rotor generates current to supply power to the electric appliance.

(2) The basic principle of the power generation state: the excitation power is supplied to the stator and rotor by the excitation coil through the rotation of the gasoline, and at the same time, the 45V (6 groups) power generation coil in the fixed rotor generates current to supply power to the rectifier bridge, and the rectified 28V is passed. The direct current is supplied with a welding power source through a reactor control panel.

1. The power generation coil is burnt out or the carbon is not worn. Replacement processing.

2. The frequency is too low. Adjust the throttle operating handle speed adjustment bolt to adjust the frequency to 53~53.5Hz.

Low welding current in welding condition

1. The power of the gasoline engine drops or the speed decreases, and the gasoline engine shakes when the welding is observed.

2. The rectifier bridge diode burns out and checks the rectifier bridge diode for burnt marks.

3. The rectifier of the control panel is burned out or the current regulator is damaged, and the repair is checked.
