In order to obtain a high-quality deep-UV LED chip, the circular-fused photoelectric method also attempts to adopt a non-polar surface or semi-polar surface epitaxial growth technique on the GaN homogeneous substrate, partially eliminating the quantum Stark effect caused by the polarization electric field.
