First, the tender conditions

Third, applicant qualification requirements
1. The prequalification requires that the applicant possess the qualifications of the general contractor for building construction or municipal public project construction and must have the corresponding construction contracting ability in terms of personnel, equipment and funds. The person in charge of the project proposed by the applicant is qualified as a registered building professional and a qualified safety appraisal certificate for construction engineering professional or municipal public engineering professional grade or above, and has not served as project leader for other projects under construction.
2. This prequalification does not accept applications for prequalification of consortium.
3. The construction enterprises in other provinces that cannot be inquired in the enterprise database of the construction market integration platform in Shaanxi Province shall not participate in bidding.

V. Obtaining prequalification application documents
1. Applicants will register between 8am and 12pm and 14pm and 18pm daily from March 16 to March 22, 2017 (excluding statutory public holidays).
