The main structure consists of:

Operating procedure

1. Adjust the distance between the connecting arm shaft and the caster to be 61cm. The wheels must be centered to ensure that the frame is balanced when the wheels move.

2. Center the weight box to ensure the center of gravity is in the vertical direction of the axle.

3. Place the cleaned load wheel on the scale, which is the connecting arm parallel to the frame. Then load it into the weight box and adjust the total mass to 56.7kg

4. Lift the wheel, place the sample against the positioning pin, mount it on the instrument, and clamp it with the ingot nut.

5. Place the conforming wheel on the sample, start the instrument so that the wheel is reciprocally rolled 1000 times on the sample, and the rolling frequency is 44 times/min. During the rolling process, the sample is found to be sticky or obvious. When bright spots, sprinkle a small amount of water to prevent the wheels from sticking to the sample.

6. After 1000 times of rolling, stop the instrument, unload, remove the sample
