More than 10,000 square meters are to be completed

Guangzhou Zhujiang City is located in Zhujiang New City Business Office (the junction of Zhujiang Avenue West and Jinsui Road, northeast of Xinghui Park), covering an area of ​​10,636 square meters. It consists of a podium and a tower. The tower is 309 meters high and 71 floors high. It is the third tallest building in Guangzhou after the Zhujiang New Town West Tower and CITIC Plaza (the new TV tower is not included); the podium is 27 meters high and 3 stories high; the basement is 5 stories. The total construction area is 210,000 square meters, including more than 40,000 square meters in the basement and 170,000 square meters on the ground.

It is reported that Zhujiang City is a business project invested by the China National Tobacco Corporation in Guangdong Province. It is positioned as an international super-grade office building, and is equipped with business catering, business clubs, high-level conference centers, and halls. The building was laid in August 2006 and is scheduled to be completed by the end of 2009.

Wind power generation for zero energy consumption

According to reports, the design concept of zero-energy proposed by Zhujiang City is a big energy-saving brand. The person in charge of the Guangzhou Wall Materials Innovation and Building Energy Management Office told the reporter that the high-efficiency, energy-saving and environmental protection measures adopted by Zhujiang City can be divided into two categories: first, the use of renewable energy for wind power and solar power generation, and second, cold radiation air conditioning. High-efficiency energy-saving measures such as double-layer curtain wall. Among them, wind power generation is the primary highlight of Zhujiang City through its physical form to show the connotation of energy conservation and environmental protection. The high-performance wind turbine engine is installed in the middle and upper equipment layers of the building, creating the world's first wind power generation in super high-rise buildings. The use of solar power makes Pearl River City a model for the rational use of solar energy in super high-rise buildings.

From air conditioning to lighting, saving electricity

On the other hand, Zhujiang City adopts advanced energy-saving air conditioning, which will use advanced radiant floor cooling and displacement ventilation systems. The pipeline is pre-buried in the slab, and the chilled water in the summer circulates in the pipeline to provide refrigerant. The displacement ventilation system can use fresh air with higher temperature and less air volume. Compared with the traditional air-conditioning end form, these two technologies will have a large potential for energy saving and can effectively reduce the building height under the premise of ensuring a net height.

In terms of lighting control, the project adopts a daylight-sensing control lighting system that automatically adjusts the illumination of office building lights according to changes in external light intensity, maximizing the use of natural light and saving office lighting energy consumption. In addition, the project also uses high-speed double-deck elevators, low-flow non-flowing sanitary ware, high-efficiency machine room equipment and other energy-saving measures.
