Service robots have not made any substantial breakthroughs in research and development. Everyone has been paying more attention to the technical direction of precise perception, artificial muscle, cognitive and emotional interaction, and efficient power battery, but this is not completely correct. Now it is necessary to find the industry pain points, which should be in the scale of demand, standard modularization, and cost control. , specialization rather than universal bionics and other efforts to seek breakthroughs.
Despite the huge social demand potential of service robots in China, China's service robots are still in the early stage of industrialization. Service robots still need to be improved in terms of technology maturity and reliability, especially for families and individuals. Enterprises only put the functions of speech recognition, computer vision and semantic analysis on a robot, and the robot can't reflect the value that they can bring to users.
