3. Single-phase electric shock accidents, single-phase electric shock accounted for more than 70% of electric shock accidents, often non-licensed electricians or general personnel privately connected, and did not take safety measures to cause accidents.
4. There are many young people in the electric shock: this shows that safety and technology are closely related. They have long working hours, rich work experience, strong technical ability, and attach importance to safety work. The possibility of accidents is small.
5. Accidents occur mostly in the connection parts of electrical equipment: due to the looseness of the fasteners, insulation aging, environmental changes, and frequent activities, there may be hidden dangers or electric shocks.
6. Characteristics of the industry: high temperature and dust in the metallurgical industry, high metal possession factor in the machinery industry, corrosion and moisture in the chemical industry, open-air dispersion in the construction industry, high-altitude mobile power equipment in the installation industry, etc. The harsh conditions are all prone to accidents.
7. Violation of the rules is prone to accidents: this is most obvious when pulling temporary lines, inflammable and explosive places, live working and high-voltage equipment.
The following precautions are taken in the event of electric shock:
1. Electrical operation is a special operation, and the operator must pass the training and be certified to work.
2. The electrical equipment in the workshop shall not be arbitrarily moved. If the electrical equipment fails, the electrician should be repaired, and it must not be repaired without authorization.
3. Frequent contact and use with distribution boxes, switchboards, knife switches, push button switches, sockets, latches, and wires, etc., must be kept intact and safe, and must not be damaged or exposed.
4. When operating the knife switch and magnetic switch, the cover must be covered.
5. The outer casing of electrical equipment shall be grounded or zeroed in accordance with relevant safety regulations;
6. Use hand electric drills, electric grinding wheels and other hand power tools, must;
(1) Install a leakage protector, and the metal casing of the tool should be grounded or connected to zero;
(2) If single-phase hand-operated power tools are used, the wires, pins and sockets shall comply with the requirements of single-phase three-eye. The three-phase manual power tools shall have the wires, pins and sockets in accordance with the requirements of three-phase four eyes;
(3) Wear insulated gloves and stand on the insulation board during operation;
(4) Do not press heavy objects such as workpieces on the wires to prevent electric shock from being broken.
7. The running lights should have good insulation handles and metal shields.
8. When conducting electrical work, it is necessary to strictly abide by the safe operating procedures. If you encounter something that is unclear or unintelligible, you must not understand it and blindly move it.
9. Temporary lines are generally prohibited. When it must be used, it should be approved by the safety and technical department and take safety precautions. It must be dismantled according to the prescribed time.
10. When performing operations that are prone to static fires and explosions (such as using gasoline to wash parts, wiping metal sheets, etc.), you must have a good grounding device to eliminate accumulated static electricity in time.
11. Move some non-fixed installation electrical equipment. If electric fan, lighting, electric welder, etc., you must first cut off the power supply.
12. In thunderstorm days, do not approach the grounding conductor of the high-voltage pole, tower, lightning rod within 20 meters, so as to avoid stepping voltage electric shock.
13. In the event of an electrical fire, the power should be cut off immediately and extinguished with fire-fighting equipment such as yellow sand, carbon dioxide or carbon tetrachloride. Never use water or foam fire extinguishers to extinguish the fire.
14. When cleaning and wiping the equipment, it is strictly forbidden to rinse with water or wipe the electrical equipment with a damp cloth to prevent short circuit and electric shock.
15. The electricity used in the construction industry must comply with the safety technical regulations for temporary use of electricity at the construction site.
