(2) Good corrosion resistance: the material is exactly the same as the pull wire, which can prevent the galvanic corrosion between the wire clamp and the wire.

(3) Simple installation: All kinds of cable clamps can be operated manually on site by hand, without any special tools, and can be completed by one person.

Features of ADSS tensile clamp:

(1) The outer stranded wire is directly connected to the tower through a coupling fitting such as a ring to withstand the line load.

(2) The inner skein has a protective effect on the ADSS cable. The main functions are as follows:

a. Effectively transmit the longitudinal pressing force to the tension-bearing unit of the cable, aramid, to prevent the outer sheath of the cable from being over-stressed and pulled.

b. Transfer axial tension.

c. Increase the contact area with the cable to make the stress distribution uniform and no stress concentration point.

(3) Under the premise of not exceeding the side pressure strength of the ADSS cable, the cable has a large holding force and can withstand a large tension.

(4) The grip strength of the ADSS cable is not less than 95% of the ultimate tensile strength (UTS) of the cable, which is completely suitable for the cable erection.
