According to Hua Shuming's calculation, although the energy-saving lamps produced by large and medium-sized energy-saving lamps are higher in unit price, they have lower energy consumption and a service life of more than 6,000 hours, which is six times that of incandescent lamps. They are used for a long time, saving electricity and saving money. A 13-watt energy-saving lighting effect is equivalent to a 60-watt incandescent lamp. After 610 hours of use, the energy-saving lamp saves electricity costs equivalent to the purchase cost (pre-subsidy market price); using 6000 hours, saving 128 yuan over incandescent lamps.
The promotion work adopts an indirect subsidy method in which enterprises are subsidized and the enterprises transfer the subsidized funds to consumers. According to the subsidy program, the state provides subsidies for large users at 30% of the bid-winning agreement and 50% for urban and rural residents, so that the price of the promoted products can reach the prices acceptable to both users and families, and the implementation of the promotion tasks is guaranteed.
