College students designed the "LED rescue stretcher" to win the international LED lighting platinum award
Recently, a “LED rescue stretcher†designed by a sophomore at the Guangzhou Academy of Fine Arts solved the problem of no rescue for electric ambulance personnel. The stretcher has flexible lamp illumination before and after.
When designing the original intention of the design, Huang Zhongxiong said that some disaster-stricken areas in the disaster relief work were inconvenient because there was no electric ambulance personnel to raise the wounded and have a flashlight. This special stretcher is mainly composed of stainless steel pipe and LED lamps. It is 192cm long and 55cm wide. The appearance is similar to other rescue stretchers. With this design, Huang Zhongxiong won the Platinum Award of the highest honor in the 2012 “Design Incentive Humanities†International LED Lighting Design Competition.
