Sanan high-profile release of 9 new products next year, LED epitaxial film will have an annual output of 10 million

Sanan Optoelectronics held a new product promotion conference in Shenzhen on September 6 and launched a total of 9 new products, which are widely used in TV backlighting, lighting, plant growth and other fields.

According to Sanan Optoelectronics, one of the core products launched this time is S-45EBMUP GaN-based LED power type blue light chip with luminous flux greater than 45Lm. It is widely used in liquid crystal backlight and illumination fields of 40 inches or more; S-45FBFUP GaN-based LED high-power blue light The chip, the white light effect after packaging can reach 120lm/w, and the performance index is higher than the national street lamp 100lm/w; the S-42R6MUXGaAs high-brightness LED red chip can reach 390mw after TO-package, the wavelength 660nm (@350mA) can be used for plant lighting to soothe the food shortage caused by the global climate change.

At present, Sanan Optoelectronics produces 5.8 million LED epitaxial wafers and 128 billion chips, with the total production capacity ranking first in the country. The company introduced that with the comprehensive production of Anhui Sanan Phase I construction and the steady progress of the second phase construction, the company will form an annual production scale of 10 million LED epitaxial wafers and 300 billion chips.
